Once your software plan is expired and you don't want to renew it then in this case you still access the CCD software with limited functionality like

• a) No software updates are applicable for you.
• b) You have only access to your old cases and won't be able to create or manage new cases.
• c) Customer support is no longer valid and you will be charged a fixed amount of money for any type of support.

You have the option to install CCD Window/Desktop application in any system drives. We recommend you to take backup of your software as a daily routine from our Database backup section.

In the worst scenarios if your system crashes then the CCD team is not responsible for your software database, You can get your software version copy from us at any time with a blank database. In case if you don't have the latest database backup then you have the following choices i.e.

• a) Check the most recent Database backup of your software and if you find it then connect it with CCD Software or contact CCD Team to setup it on your side.
• b) Or if you don't have any backup then you go with Data Recovery option at your risk and CCD team not responsible for any kind of Data Loss or Inconvenience.
